Our Return Policy

We want you to love every Prime Finds™ purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@primefinds.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Just mention it in your return email and we'll take care of it.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads and custom print-on-demand items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
